Cleat Hill Farm is an idyllic spot situated just minutes from the M42 or A38. It is down a 3 mile long gated road well away from any traffic which is perfect for family cycling. There is a beautiful irrigation reservoir which you may fish and this also attracts interesting wildlife, it is also in a countryside stewardship scheme and site of SSI offering fabulous walking.

Close to the National Memorial Arboretum, Garlands Shooting Ground and Conkers, 10 mins drive to Twycross Zoo, Tamworth Snowdome and Drayton Manor Park, 15 mins to Barton Marina, Alton Towers is approx 40 mins and approx 30 miles to Birmingham Bullring Shopping. Plenty of good places to eat locally with an excellent freehouse selling real ale in Lullington. Alrewas is about 10 mins away offering take aways and small shops including the famous Coates butchers where you can buy best quality meat for your BBQ.
From the M42/A42 Junction 11 take the turn for Seckington as you go through No Mans Heath turn right for Clifton. Go
